Process

From first email to a working system.

Seven steps, no black boxes. You approve the scope in writing before configuration begins, you see the test evidence before launch, and you own everything at the end.

1. AI Opportunity Audit — $350

A paid working session, async-first: a questionnaire about your business plus a recorded video review of your call and quote flow. A live 30-minute call only for strong fits. If there's a fit, the $350 is credited toward your build on scope sign-off.

2. Written proposal

Fixed scope, fixed price, fixed timeline — in writing. Nothing is configured until you sign off on it. If the audit finds no fit, you keep the video review and we part ways.

3. Intake

You complete the intake materials: business details, message wording, escalation rules, and for the AI Receptionist, the 20-question intake. Timelines start when your intake materials are complete.

4. Build

We configure the system to your approved scope — call flows, message sequences, alerts, and integrations. We take a maximum of two builds per month, so yours gets full attention.

5. Test & evidence

Every flow is tested before launch — including 20 test calls for the AI Receptionist — and you receive a test evidence log showing what was verified.

6. Launch + runbook

You connect your own phone numbers and accounts by following a guided runbook that walks you through each step. Zero-touch: we never ask for passwords or log into your accounts. The system goes live in your name.

7. 14-day fix window

After launch, anything in scope that doesn't work as specified gets fixed free for 14 days. The optional Launch Protection retainer picks up after that.
